It's time for another class!!
The Scrapbook In A Box is a fun project that you can use for yourself or as a gift. We will be using the Big Shot for cutting out and for embossing and using three of the new "In colors", the new Dahlias (gorgeous!) and the new designer paper Patio Party!!

Is it really almost the middle of July?!

I can't believe how the time has flown by!! Hosted my second class....the Butterfly Wings one and had 3 newbies come to this one.  It was wonderful and it was cool to see them learning new things and even putting their own flair on their projects!! The next class will be posted tonight or tomorrow...very excited for this one too.

For right now though I'd just like to share a birthday card I made for a very dear friend for his birthday, which we celebrated the day the family got back from England!!

For this simple but cute and okay for a man card I used some of the new "In Colors". I used Midnight Muse, Summer Starfruit and Basic Grey. I ran the strips of cs through my big Shot with the new Chevron embossing folder then cut them and glued them on. And I used the brand new "Happy Hour" stamp set! Love this set..so much you can do with it!

Busy Week...

It has been a busy week at work and dog sitting and driving my son where he needs to be.  I am so excited that I got my Stampin' Start sets this week, can't wait to build my own snowman :)  And my next order will be here tomorrow!! Can't wait to get back into my place and really dig into all my new sets and make some great cards to share.

I have a class this Saturday called "Chock Full Of Cheer", this new Christmas set is soo fun! And on June 30th I have my Butterfly Wings Class and I'm really looking forward to that as well. There is still so much going on, and so much to be excited about and the new Holiday Mini will be here soon.

This past weekend I was asked to make do a page for my son's friend. Yay!! My first custom order! I love how it turned out and it brought tears to the eyes of the daughter and the father, happy ones though!

.....and what did you make or create today? Did you have brilliant ideas that are just waiting to be made?  


I had a lunch date with my friend and upline Allison and asked more questions and got some good advice and kind of got my mind a lot less jumbled!! Thanks Allison...you're the best!!


Lots of things till going on and so many new stamps to drool over. Can't wait to a couple of my new ones on Monday!! Stayed tuned for some new cards :) 


For today I'm sharing a more "manly" card that can be used for a birthday or for Father's Day, which is only 4 days away!

Only two days left......

....to order any of the retiring stamp sets and accessories!!  So many great sets are retiring and I'm sure there are some on your must have list!


This Saturday I will be attending my first Weekend Market here in Calgary.  I will have the new catalogue available for browsing, there will be a number of retired stamp sets for sale, samples made with brand new sets and a class sign up sheet for my Butterfly Wings class coming up on June 30.


I will be at Willowridge Community Center on Saturday, June 2 from 10am - 3pm so come on down and visit!!


And just a quick sample of a couple of the Father's Day cards I will have there too.
