The first day of Spring had come and gone already, Easter is this weekend and in our area the kids are on Spring Break. And it's time for new projects from the Emerald Creek Design Team! Scroll all the way to the very bottom of the post for a little surprise :)
This project is simple and for my nephews. I used some of the amazing embossing powders that are exclusive to Emerald Creek and I have two cards for my my favorite little guys.
My background was done on my Emerald Creek Arctic White cardstock and I used a Dylusions stencil and Dylusions Lemon Zest paint and a Tim Holtz stencil and Wendy Vecchi's Violet Archival Ink. Had to have the splatters since we have so much of that when we color eggs!
Using the the awesome Easter Parade Embossing Powder!! It's so pretty...but pictures do not do it justice! Such a pretty shade of yellow with bits of blue and pink and sparkle!
Did the basket in San Tropez Tan and Burnt Copper Leaves Embossing powder...i just love the texture I get from these powders.
