Yes...it's true! I love iridescent paints! I love these beauties from Ann Butler Designs and Earth Safe Finishes!
Today's project is a pretty little passport journal. Even though we have had a minimal winter here, I am ready for spring and all colours that say spring! Lilac and lime, yum!

Once the Lilac paint was dry, I very lightly sponged on the Iridescent Silver for a bit more interest. |
I used Ann's Stencil Girl stencil L643, it is one of my faves. I love that it has a matching corner stencil on the same sheet. Added a bit of Ranger Gel Medium for this step. |
After the medium dried I sponged over it with Ann Butler Crafter's Ink in Limelight. I liked the look but I wanted the green to be a bit more prominent. So I mixed the Crafter's Ink with Ranger Texture and put it through the stencil again! |
Love how the Crafter's Ink and texture paste turned out! |
The top design is in Archival Black using the matching corner stencil. I made three little inserts for the journal with watercolour paper. | |
Make sure to follow Ann Butler Designs to see the fabulous creations from the design team created from all of Ann's amazing lines!
Have a great week everyone and thank you for stopping by!
